This Level 1 Training is a FULL Day Training for those interested in exploring the basics of the chakra system, hand positions for beginning practice, brief history of Reiki, a sample Breathe.Move.Write.Class, group discussion, Reiki 1 Attunement + Reiki Healing Practice both for self + for others, and a brief overview with how to create your own daily practice.

Students receive their own Reiki Level 1 Manual, notebook, + pen.

Pre-requisite to Reiki Level II + Master Level Training.
